Payment Terms:
50% deposit required to start creative, balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, American Express. We also can accept electronic payment from your business or personal checking account.

Revisions:
We have estimated your project with a certain amount of allowances for design and text revisions. We will issue a warning if time has been reached and estimate additional edits fees. Client will sign off on project completion. Creative Pear will supply graphic to client in a variety of formats for print and web as approved including jpeg and png for web, .pdf and .eps for print. Additional re-sizing or reworking of graphic for other purposes may require an additional estimate.

Meetings:
We do not charge for our initial consultation or conference calls. Additional meeting time requested at client’s location will be billed at $50 per hour.

Other:
Creative Pear is not responsible for any delay in client supplied contact or client approvals, and such delays can affect due dates. Creative Pear retains personal rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes and the marketing of Creative Pear. Where applicable the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of project elements. Work to be completed in a timely manner. Time line and estimate will be provided upon acceptance of proposal. Our proposals are good for 30 days and must be signed for acceptance and authorization to execute the project as outlined in this agreement.
